Ben
Ben's mom took him to get Christmas photos done and was not happy with the result. They are friends of ours so I brought Ben to the studio one afternoon while his mom and dad were working and later surprised them with the photos from the session.
They were thrilled!!!
He has so many expressions that I love being able to capture all of them .
Glad you liked .
Cheers
Doug, Roxanne & Matthew
This family was looking for a few family photos and a few of Matthew.
I really could have took photos of Matthew all day, although I don't think he would have agreed.
He is a great little guy and as you can see from the photos very cute. I think mom and dad may have trouble keeping the girls away in a few years.:)

Peter , Wanda-Lee & Peter
This baby had the cutest cheeks ever.....and get him to smile(which was not hard at all) and the most beautiful dimples appeared.
He was so cute and I had so much fun doing photos for you guys.
Peter was another baby that I first photographed while he was resting in Mommy's tummy:):)
I love watching these babies grow.

Tanner
Tanner is a very serious little boy and really has to be in a mood to laugh it up.......WELL we hit this session when he was in a mood.
I was laughing so hard I had trouble holding the camera steady .
It was so much fun to watching him and his mom. In some of the photos toward the end of the session he had trouble sitting because he was laughing so much. :)
Gotta love babies.
Cheers

My Family
Well I have been so busy lately that I actually had to set aside time to get photos of my kids and a family shot for cards.
It's a good thing my kids have there photo taken a lot because otherwise trying to this this with a 10 second timer on camera could have been brutal....Oh and then I decide I would like to have the dog in our photo :)
We did manage to get a few family photos for Christmas cards and then I took the opportunity to get a few more of Rachel and Adam, You can never have to many photos.Right?

Rod , Amanda, Kailey & Lucas
This was certainly not your "typical" photo session. There was no cheese to be found.
We did get some posed family shots and then I just let the family have a little fun:)
The best shots are when they are not paying attention to me or the camera .
Great time. I can't wait to do another session with those kids.
I really think Kailey will model.....

Both families were surprised when they returned married......
They did have a wedding here with 200+ of their friends and family.
I was honoured to spend the time with you and your beautiful little girl . We did get a fantastic day for photos and had a few laughs along the way.

Lilies for Lillie & Daffodil Place
I had the pleasure last spring to be a part of an event that was really very special. Gord Delaney and his team had a gala event at the Bella Vista for his campaign Lilies for Lillie. They raised and astounding $100, 000. I had the pleasure to take photos for this event.
I was very excited when he invited me to the cheque presentation press conference at the Capitol last Friday.
I brought my camera along ( of course) and did manage to get a few photos for him to hold onto.
The cheque was presented to Alan Doyle , who is on the committee for Daffodil Place.
It was very emotional and exciting. Gord started this campaign 5
years ago in his mothers memory.
I think she would be really proud of the work you have done for Daffodil Place .

Troy , Stephanie , Isabella & Lucky
I did photos for this family in studio last year and I was really glad when the decided to take it outside this year and to call me to do them again .
When we finished this session Stephanie taught we would have to reschedule because it didn't feel like we had taken any photos that we could use.......not a chance.
I guess because they were having such a laugh it didn't feel like the "traditional"session.
If anything we took more than we need because I had trouble picking favourites and well Stephanie just decided to pick one of everything to make it easier :)
We had a great session .OH, I came home and told my husband I wanted a dog just like Lucky .
Great time and hope to do it again next year.

I met this family at Topsail beach for a photos shoot . We took a few photos there and moved on to Manuels River(which is beautiful).
These 2 little girls were just wonderful and I could have stayed all day and took photos of them, although I am not sure they would have done the same:):)
We had a great shoot , I hope you like your photos.

Your wedding was fantastic and I thank you for asking me to share it with you .

End of wedding season!
Well another wedding season has almost come to an end (I have a wedding tomorrow) and while I am way behind on my post I have had a great season.
I feel very fortunate to have worked with each of you and very glad you chose me to spend the special day with. I have had the best couples . Everyone was so willing to try new things and really make their wedding unique to them . I love that !
I am still editing photos from the wedding season along with all of the studio work and I wonder where the time had gone. It was not to long ago I was anticipating the start of the wedding season. I guess now I will look forward to the 2009 season and working with all of the new couples.
Now I get back to editing so I can post all of those weddings and family shoots that I am behind on :)
Cheers

Denise & Julee
This wedding was done in two weekends. I shot the first at Atlantica Restaurant in Portugal Cove. It was a beautiful ceremony with close friends and family. The real party was in Grand Falls the following weekend and because of other commitments I was not available to shoot that day. After spending the day with Denise and Julee and their family and friends I was really disappointed to miss it.
You guys were awesome. I was honoured to be a part of your day.

Collette & Deon
This is the wedding I went to Edmonton to shoot.
From the start of the day this couple was willing to do anything (a photographers dream). We did a few of the More traditional shots and then we got some really sexy shots. I love seeing the couples personality in their photos.
I thank you both for allowing me to share the day with you .

OK! I know I am way behind ,but I hope to catch up soon :)
I was in Edmonton in September to shoot a wedding and while I was there I had the great joy to do a shoot for this family.
I think it is pretty funny that you get to spend a couple of hours with someone and learn lots of new things about them. Right Rick?
It was a great evening, had a laugh and got great photos. Does it get any better?
Oh.....the wedding I was there to shoot will be posted soon.:)
